RESPONSIBILITIES
Opens/closes office
Greets patients or others arriving for appointments
Obtains patient information, answers questions and provides assistance as appropriate
Supports by answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and checking in patients for appointments
Performs preliminary testing for eye exams
Maintains, cleans and organizes the office
Processes contact lens orders (pricing/order documentation)
Teaches new contact lens wearers how to insert, remove, clean and care for contact lenses
Submits electronic vision insurance claims
Required Skills
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Ability to identify problems and brainstorm solutions
Must like snacks, treats, and food in general. We believe "food" is the 6th love language. :)

Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per HOUR
