Job Description:
Ensure our restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming throughout events. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and committed to providing a high level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms throughout events, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash.
- Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and tissues.
- Greeting guests warmly and aiding as needed, such as handing out towels or toiletries.
- Monitor restrooms regularly to address any issues promptly, such as spills, clogs, or supply shortages.
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Follow all the safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support event operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bathroom attendant, janitorial staff, or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- You must be 18 or over to apply.
