Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be warm, detail orientated, and proactive, ensuring the bride and her party feel relaxed and well taken care of throughout the event. Previous experience as a bridal attendant is a plus, driver’s license holder preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the bride and wedding party on the day of the event.
- Assist the bride with dressing, including bustling the gown, adjusting veils, and ensuring her attire is flawless throughout the event.
- Coordinate with vendors, Maître D and the wedding planner to ensure the timeline runs smoothly.
- Keep the bridal suite organized and tidy, ensuring the bride’s personal items are secure.
- Provide refreshments and light snacks for the bride and wedding party as needed.
- Anticipate the needs of the bride and her party, offering solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as distributing bouquets, pinning boutonnieres, or guiding guests.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bridal attendant, event assistant, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and assist with tasks such as bustling gowns or carrying items.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Be 18 years old or over to apply.
- A driver's license is preferred as there may be a need to operate the venue's golf cart.

While gratuities (tips) may be offered by clients or customers as a gesture of appreciation for exceptional service, they are not guaranteed and are provided at the discretion of the client. Your primary compensation will be based on your hourly wage.
