eFX Technical Account Manager

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical support and strategic guidance on eFX trading solutions.
• Manage client onboarding, integration, and implementation of electronic trading platforms, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product, and sales, to address client needs and optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, API integrations, trading infrastructure, and platform performance.
• Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to ensure maximum product utilization.
• Stay up to date with FX market trends, trading technology advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate on product enhancements, offering feedback based on client requirements and industry developments.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in a technical account management, support, or implementation role within eFX trading or electronic markets.
• Knowledge of FX trading platforms, liquidity providers, ECNs, FIX protocols, and API integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, system performance, and trading-related technical issues.
• Experience working with institutional clients, banks, hedge funds, and financial institutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects in a fast-paced environment.
