We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven High-Ticket Sales Representative to bring our transformational programs to leaders and decision-makers across industries.

This commission-based role offers a game-changing compensation structure:

• 20% commission on in-house leads provided to you

• 25% commission on self-generated leads you prospect and bring in

• 5% commission on repeat sales from the same client while you're with iOE

Multiple sales opportunities: Many of our clients make additional purchases beyond their initial sale, allowing you to continue earning from repeat business. You won’t just close deals—you’ll also act as the client’s dedicated sales representative and account manager on the financial side, fostering long-term relationships and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Build strong relationships with decision-makers across industries.
✅ Identify, qualify, and convert leads into high-value clients.
✅ Sell premium culture transformation services like Elevate Work Culture Transformation Suite.
✅ Masterfully handle objections and close deals with confidence.
✅ Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track, optimize, and streamline sales pipelines.
✅ Cold call, follow up, and drive revenue like a pro.
