What are the responsibilities and job description for the CXT Inc. - CDL TRUCK DRIVER - Home Every Night position at IOS?
AS a licensed Class A CDL Driver you are responsible for operating and maintaining a delivery truck and / or trailer delivering precast products.
Essential Functions :
- Safely load and transport material to / from Vendors / Customers
- Load / Unload of trucks after material and receiver are inspected
- Prep and package material for shipment as needed
- Complete operator safety checklist on truck prior to use
- Comply with all maintenance and preventative maintenance requirements
- Complete daily log / mileage books accurately and legibly
- Excellent customer service and on time deliveries
- Promote a culture of proactive safety
- Maintain shipping board
- Assist with placing checked in material in the bin location and note on packing slip
- Assist with supplying materials to fabrication and stages material for assembly and manufacturing as needed
- Provide accurate, detailed, and timely paperwork and reports to management
- Proactively maintain your own housekeeping and keep Company vehicle clean
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment in the warehouse and yard
- Perform other duties as required.
