Seeking an imaginative, organized, and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have a strong understanding of subscription-based businesses, and possess product management skills. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
This person will work with customers, Customer Success teams, and Sales Teams to gather feedback and develop and realize the strategic direction of the company. Typical duties will include, but are not limited to, the following :
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product decisions.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Monitor key performance metrics and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.
- Manage product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Communicate through documentation and demos changes and product features, released to customers.
