ioVista is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to help clients optimize their operations. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with clients, track performance, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- eCommerce Expertise: Provide insights and guidance on Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, and WooCommerce to help clients improve their operations.
- Digital Marketing Consultation: Advise clients on SEO, PPC, and Social Commerce (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance their online presence.
- Reporting & Insights: Walk clients through performance reports, explaining key metrics, insights, and next steps.
- Weekly Client Calls: Serve as the primary liaison between the client, development, and marketing teams to ensure clarity on tasks and projects.
- Client Retention & Reactivation: Reconnect with past clients to explore re-engagement opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
- Technology & Strategy Recommendations: Stay updated with the latest eCommerce and digital marketing trends and recommend new tools and technologies.
- Proactive Engagement: Identify and suggest additional ioVista services that can benefit existing clients.
- 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or eCommerce/digital marketing consulting.
- Strong understanding of Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Social Commerce strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field (preferred).
