ioVista is seeking a Digital Sales Representative – SDR to support the Sales Director in managing leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating pre-and post-sales activities. This individual will take ownership of our HubSpot CRM, track and manage the sales pipeline, and assist with appointment setting and trade show preparations. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.
    Responsibilities
    • Support Sales Director: Help schedule meetings, coordinate sales activities, and manage communication with leads and clients.
    • Lead Tracking and Management: Own and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring leads are tracked accurately and sales activities are documented.
    • Follow-Up and Engagement: Conduct follow-up with potential clients via email and phone, nurture leads, and ensure timely communication.
    • Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for the sales team, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
    • Trade Show Participation: Assist in the preparation for trade shows, attend with the ioVista team, and manage pre- and post-show follow-ups.
    • Pre- and Post-Sales Activities: Coordinate and follow through on all aspects of the sales cycle, including preparing proposals, sending information to clients, and tracking next steps.
    Requirements
    • 2 years of experience in a digital sales assistant or related sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Comfortable attending trade shows and interacting with clients in person.
    • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Adobe-Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce) is a plus.
    • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
