As a HVAC Technician joining our Maintenance Family, you will
- Inspect and repair structural, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain HVAC systems for optimal climate control and energy efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future issues.
- Address safety hazards and maintain a secure environment.
- Assist with seasonal needs, including snowplowing.
- Operate a variety of power and hand tools with precision.
- Keep our facilities looking their best with routine painting and repairs.
Requirements
- Expertise in HVAC
- Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical systems, or machinery maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Able to work successfully under limited supervision
- The physical ability to lift and move 50-60 pounds regularly.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
