Requirements
- Oversee overnight store operations, ensuring smooth business flow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to maintain a productive work environment.
- Ensure high customer service standards, assisting customers and resolving any issues or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory and restocking, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized for the morning shift.
- Handle cash management tasks, including balancing registers, processing transactions, and securing funds.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with employee training and performance management, offering feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring store premises and addressing any safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial transactions.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
