• Keep it Fresh: Oversee food prep to ensure every dish is bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and served with flair.
• Stay on Point: Manage inventory like a pro, ensuring we’re stocked up on fresh ingredients and never wasting a crumb.
• Stay Spotless: Keep the kitchen sparkling clean and up to health and safety standards, because a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen.
• Be the Go-To Guru: Tackle customer feedback, fix any hiccups, and make sure every guest leaves with a full belly and a big smile.
• Get Creative: Work with management to whip up exciting new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions that keep customers coming back for more.
