Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with applicants and hiring managers via phone, email, and text.
- Manage the end-to-end job posting process, from creation and publishing to tracking and optimization.
- Conduct thorough screening and recruitment efforts to attract the best candidates for various positions and locations.
- Maintain accurate hiring records and manage pre-employment requirements.
- Support and lead new hires through the recruitment and onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Effectively manage tasks and workflows using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Paylocity (ATS) and Outlook to stay organized and on track.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superior organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adept at learning and adhering to established processes with precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a strong ability to learn databases quickly
- A passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 1 years of recruiting experience (preferred, but not required-we’ll train the right person).
