· Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and welding.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
· Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
