Description
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for business technology systems used in the production and servicing of mortgages for IBMC. Responsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation and maintenance of business applications and the related infrastructure. This position will manage projects and translate business needs into execution in the ICE MT Encompass, ICE (Black Knight) MSP suite, MyIBMCHQ, MyIBMCLoan and other related IBMC systems and applications.
The essential duties and responsibilities include :
- Manage all Mortgage technology application structure. Includes setting up new loan programs, new business channels, integration of core platforms (Encompass, MSP) into other applications and websites and delivery of data and documents to external investors or other parties.
- Work with other Senior Managers and Staff to develop and set up and execute new initiatives for all areas of IBMC.
- Define and manage projects at IBMC. Serves as liaison between IBMC and Iowa Bankers IT on all technological facets of the mortgage division.
- Identify and implement ideas to be more effective and efficient in all areas of IBMC. Leads, designs, tests and implements these ideas.
- Set up and manage testing for all requested system and process changes.
Requirements
Required Education :
Bachelor's degree preferred and / or equivalent work experience
Required Work Experience :
Five to ten years mortgage business, Project Manager and Supervisory experience preferred.
