To perform general maintenance duties to include, but limited to, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical in student apartments during the summer.
Examples of Duties
General Maintenance & Repairs
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of dorm buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Repair or replace broken fixtures, furniture, and appliances (e.g., lights, door handles, sinks, stoves, etc.).
- Respond to maintenance requests from students and staff in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to perform maintenance tasks independently.
Previous experience preferred.
