West Central Community Action is now hiring Classroom Substitute's for all WCCA Head Start Classrooms. Classroom Substitutes fill in for or assist teachers in our Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms.
Classroom Substitutes must have the ability to work with children and families from various cultural, economic & social backgrounds. Children are 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
High School/GED is required. Ideal candidates are required to have a current valid driver's license, dependable transportation and auto liability insurance. An associate's degree in early childhood education is preferred. The starting rate for Classroom Substitutes is $14.32 per hour.
Candidates with prior experience working with pre-school children are preferred
