Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management:
- Respond to inbound leads generated through Iowa Fence Inc.'s marketing efforts, including Facebook ads, MySalesman.com, and referrals.
- Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Customer Consultations:
- Meet with homeowners on-site to understand their fencing needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes that align with customer budgets.
- Sales Process Execution:
- Transition rough estimates into signed agreements within 48 hours, securing a 50% deposit during the on-site check.
- Ensure smooth communication with the installation team to coordinate project timelines.
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners, addressing questions or concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
- Foster long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Market Awareness & Representation:
- Stay informed on fencing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Represent Iowa Fence Inc. at trade shows, community events, and other networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in a commission-based sales role, preferably in fencing, construction, or home improvement industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of fencing materials and installation processes is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track leads and manage sales activities.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
