Job Details
Travelers must be COVID vaccinated; Medical / Religious Exemptions provided upon request.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
Traveler will be required to float between Iowa Methodist Medical Center & Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
Unit size : ILH 12 BEDS, IMMC 23 BEDS (ILH has capped beds currently)
N : P ratio : IMMC Day 4.5, Eve 4.5 Night 7.6 (Max Ratio Day 6 and Night 9) ILH Day / Night 6.
Acute Rehab patient population can be : Spinal cord injury, brain injury, oncology, limb loss, trauma / ortho, general debilitation.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate has Acute Rehab and / or Med Surg background in hospital setting.
MUST be able to handle a variety of patients independently (neuro, ortho, trauma, oncology, etc).
Client prefers that the Clinicians do not take more than 7 days off in a 13 week contract.
At least 1 successful travel contract completed.
Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)

Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
