As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

OT / Holiday Multiplier : 1.25x
NBO : 8 hrs
Traveler will be required to float between Iowa Methodist Medical Center & Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
Unit size : ILH 12 BEDS, IMMC 23 BEDS (ILH has capped beds currently)
N : P ratio : IMMC Day 4.5, Eve 4.5 Night 7.6 (Max Ratio Day 6 and Night 9) ILH Day / Night 6
What types of Rehab patients will the clinician care for? Acute Rehab patient population can be : Spinal cord injury, brain injury, oncology, limb loss, trauma / ortho, general debilitation.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate has Acute Rehab and / or Med Surg background in hospital setting
MUST be able to handle a variety of patients independently (neuro, ortho, trauma, oncology, etc)
Client prefers that the Clinicians do not take more than 7 days off in a 13 week contract.
At least 1 successful travel contract completed

Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
License verification
Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)
