Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/operator/laborer to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards.
Duties
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
- Assist in the implementation of construction plans while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
- Supervise laborers and coordinate daily tasks to ensure productivity and compliance with safety protocols.

- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Manage project documentation including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.

Experience
- Previous experience in a laborer or operator role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
