Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek with clinic hours Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–6 PM. Enjoy long weekends—no Fridays, weekends, or on-call duties!
- Manageable Workload: See an average of 20 patients per day, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care.
- Supportive Team Environment: Work with 3 operatories and a dedicated team of 1 dentist, 4 Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs), and 5 Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs).

What We’re Looking For:

- DDS or DMD from an accredited education institution
- License to practice dentistry in Iowa
- Federal DEA certificate
- State Pharmacy Board CSA certificate
Outstanding Compensation and Benefits Package:
- Competitive Salary: $170,000 - $240,000, plus bonuses for meeting quality measures.
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $75,000 with a two-year commitment (renewable) through state and federal programs.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000.
- Professional Development: $3,500 and 5 days for continuing education per year, plus paid professional membership fees/dues.
- Generous Time Off: 22 PTO days and 9 paid holidays annually.
