TITLE: Wean to Market Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Wean to Market Senior Supervisor
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Lead and direct a team of employees and contractors that are responsible for care, production performance, site maintenance, site appearance and controller cost and maximizing revenue.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with and guiding a team of managers to care for our pigs and facilities.
- Following and implementing company biosecurity policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all barns are ready prior to pigs arriving.
