Job Description:
Seeking an organized, self-starting team player to play a vital role in our Medical Surgical Department
Full Time Evening Unit Secretary Position
Will work Monday through Friday
Hours are 6:00 am to 2:30pm
Duties:
Answering phones
Bed management
Work within electronic health records
assist with supplies
Filing and Scanning documents
Report facility alarms
Answer Call Lights
And other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Organized
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and computer programs.
Admin Assistant or CNA experienced preferred but will train the right candidate
Healthcare experience preferred
