Job Description:
Full Time Accounting Clerk Position Available
Monday- Friday, Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Will be required to work in-person in both Belmond and Clarion Locations
Prepares Daily Deposits
Assists with Accounts Payable invoice entry and document scanning
Reconciles facility credit cards and prepares file uploads for processing
Manages records and reports for unclaimed property and prepares state submissions
Maintains Charity Care logs and balances to the general ledger
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable Preferred.
Ability to work with a multifaceted team.
