Description
The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to insurance producers, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. In addition to assisting the insurance team, the CSR will also serve as a representative for the bank by performing basic banking transactions and providing financial services to customers. CSR will assist customers with inquiries and problem resolutions in accordance with Iowa State Bank's policies, standards and regulations. Every transaction should be viewed as an opportunity for new business development by making the customer aware of any product or service that may be of benefit to them.
Requirements
Insurance Support :
- Assist insurance producers with day-to-day tasks, including policy documentation, client communications, and processing claims.
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding insurance products, policy updates, and billing inquiries.
- Review current insurance policies and identify products or solutions for clients.
- Prepare and submit required paperwork for policy changes, renewals, and new policy applications.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex inquiries to insurance producers or management as needed.
- Support the sales process by providing customers with product information and scheduling appointments.
