We are currently seeking a Trust Administrative Assistant at our Urbandale, Iowa location. The Trust Administrative Assistant assists Trust Officers in a variety of duties relating to Trust account administration. This position will be responsible for all aspects of support for the Trust Officers and customers.
Candidates that express an interest in this invitation must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years of administrative experience; post-secondary education preferred but not required; computer, data entry, 10-key, telephone, fax machine, and copy machine; proficient computer software skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a demonstrated ability to learn new software; excellent communication skills; must demonstrate strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and the ability to work within deadlines; demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask with frequent interruptions.
