Responsibilities
- Provides direct instruction of education and experience for Clover Kids programming.
- With the regional director plans, coordinates, and implements educational programming in a specific program area in collaboration with program specialists, regional directors and councils.
- Provides a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for all participants.
- Supports and initiates strategies to develop volunteer networks as necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed. Manage program budgets, resources, and materials. Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Manages related project budgets within the program area.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff and clients in the county.
- Continually develop and enhance relevant skills and understand current professional standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of two years of experience in youth program education delivery and coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Passion for working with youth and fostering their development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Youth Development, or other related field.
- This position is up to 15 hours per month part-time hourly (non-exempt) position. These hours are based on delivery of 4 local programs and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
- During the month of June, hours may increase to support Clover Kid programming based on the programming needs related to the fair. A plan will be prepared and approved by the regional director prior to working these hours.
- The regional director will approve and/or direct work outside of the normal schedule.

- Mileage for use of personal vehicle in the performance of approved duties will be paid at the current Worth County travel allowance rate.
