Production Operator
Job Summary:
- Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators to meet production goals.
- Perform a combination of tasks independently and as part of a group to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards and detect any malfunctions.
- Monitor equipment operations and notify operators of any issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist maintenance workers with duties such as supplying materials, holding tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Cut and weld metal to repair broken parts, fabricate new components, or assemble new equipment as needed.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness through regular lubrication and adhere to a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to ensure overall job satisfaction.
