This position is responsible for teaching electrical classes face-to-face. Must evaluate and report student performance and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures. The start for this position is 1/13/2025.
Job Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to, teaching classroom lecture courses, curriculum development/restructuring, and helping in student success.
Qualifications
Requires frequent bending, stooping or stretching. May require lifting average-weight objects up to 60 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone and other basic office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and use a phone. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, organizational skills, reasoning/analysis, and high degree of interpersonal and communication skills is required.

Qualifications
- 6000 hours of electrical work experience OR possess a combination of an associate degree in electrical technology and at least 3,000 hours of recent, relevant tested electrical experience.
- Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. Driverâs License and good driving record.
- Experience doing residential/commercial wiring
