The Part-time International Student Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Coordinator of International Student Enrollment by maintaining and updating student records, managing communications, and ensuring that all student information is accurately processed and stored. Job Duties
- Demonstrates IWCCâs core mission, vision and values
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the International Student inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication with prospective and current international students.
- Upload and organize student files into Etrieve, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Regularly update and maintain student records in Colleague, ensuring that all information reflects current enrollment status and personal details.
- Manage and update student files within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking communications and interactions to support enrollment efforts.
- Assist the Coordinator of International Student Enrollment with various tasks related to student enrollment and record-keeping as needed.
- Ensure that all student records comply with institutional policies and relevant regulations regarding international student enrollment.
- Generate and maintain reports on student enrollment status and other metrics as required by the Coordinator.
- Associateâs Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate in both small and large group settings and with diverse groups of people including co-workers, students, business contacts and at various levels from front-line to administration
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, to meet deadlines, to maintain and access paper and electronic files, to produce error-free final products, and to manage time and output
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer-oriented team
- Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
- Positive attitude
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
