What are the responsibilities and job description for the Iowa Wild Account Executive Membership Sales position at Iowa Wild?
Iowa Wild Account Executive Membership Sales is responsible for driving sales of Wild 365 memberships and Flex Packages for the Iowa Wild. The role will focus on driving new membership and flex package sales by reaching out to current and prospective clients. Responsibilities will be derived from making outgoing calls and setting sales-based appointments.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Consistently deliver high-level of customer service to both internal and external clients helping to provide world-class service.
- Ability to handle a high volume of sales activity, including 60-100 phone calls per day.
- Meet established sales goals (to be set by department leader).
- Prospects and qualifies all new leads and referrals for Wild 365 memberships and flex packages.
- Ability to utilize CRM for database management and completion of specific campaigns and other general sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and referrals with current and prospective clients.
- Manage sales kiosks, service clients and work other related assignments on game days.
- Build relationships with prospects via phone inquiries and enhances those relationships through face-to-face sales appointments.
- Regularly attend Wild 365 events to maintain and service current ticket holders as well as prospect new business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 1 year of sales experience.
- Proficient computer skills including ability to work with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Paciolan & SalesForce is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of hockey preferred but not required.

Work Conditions:
- Ability to work traditional business hours in addition to evenings, weekends and/or holidays for games or events.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
