Job Description
Observe gaming and non-gaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations and rules and protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities.
- Observe, document and report any variances to the company, internal controls, money handling activity and state gaming regulations.
- Complete daily audits of department activity, duty logs and cooperate with departments during investigations.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all table games and gaming functions.
- Respond immediately to any activities that appear unusual or suspicious.
- Monitor and operate multiple CCTV cameras, digital recording systems, and other surveillance equipment simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities, incidents, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with Security, Gaming, and Management teams during investigations or emergency situations.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new gaming regulations and surveillance techniques.
- Assist in maintaining chain of custody for evidence and documentation related to investigations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
