Job Description
As a Call Center Representative at the IP Casino Resort Spa, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
- You will be responsible for receiving and accurately routing phone calls through our telephone system in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls on console and direct calls to appropriate extensions or parties.
- Greet and respond to guests' requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of emergency procedures and receive and log all emergency calls directing them to security and/or facility maintenance departments.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in telephone switchboard, multi-line phone system, and/or customer service is preferred.
- You must be fluent in English, with bilingual skills in Spanish being an asset.
- Proficiency in PC software and the ability to type 30 wpm are required.
- You should possess excellent attention to detail and be able to sit for extended periods.
- A valid certification and/or license may be necessary for this position.
