Job Overview
This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Dining Room Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to standard recipes and ensuring timely food production.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook orders in a timely manner, adhering to memorized standard recipes.
- Maintain inventory of station and order stock to meet quality standards.
- Receive and prepare food orders according to standard recipes, coordinating orders for pick-up.
- Ensure cleanliness of work stations and storage areas at all times.
- Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
Requirements
- Minimum six (6) months of experience as a cook.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 75 pounds.
- Other physical requirements include but are not limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
- Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications.
