Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls on console and direct them to the appropriate extension or party.
- Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Receive and log all emergency calls, directing them to security and/or facility maintenance departments.
Requirements
- One year of experience in telephone switchboard, multi-line phone system, and/or customer service is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English, with bi-lingual skills in Spanish a plus.
- Must be PC literate and able to type 30 words per minute.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to sit for an entire shift.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and/or licenses.
