- Answer incoming calls on console and direct them to the appropriate extensions or parties.
- Manage multiple phone lines and prioritize calls accordingly.
- Respond to guests' requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in telephone switchboard operations and/or customer service.
- Must be fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Must be PC literate and able to type 30 wpm.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
