The Senior TM Relations Specialist is responsible for the development and administration of the TM Relations and TM engagement programs, cultural diversity program and support employee advocacy. This position interfaces with employees, government agencies along with external/internal recruiting efforts, including maintaining relationships with schools, associations. Represents the organization at selected job fairs
Job Functions
- Prepare and distribute all HR and Property information to Team Members.
- Develop and manage TM Engagement activities.
- Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Develop and manage the property cultural diversity program.
- Monitor recruiting needs for the property.
- Develop recruiting plans.
- Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with senior management
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Investigate employee-related complains, accidents or other matters as assigned.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare reports regarding TMOS, GTBW and other benefits, and labor‐related matters.
- Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees.
- Provide excellent customer service.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- One (2) years of human resources experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable of HR Employment Center Operations.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
