Overview of the Role :
The RFP & Proposal Manager at IP House will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in writing, content management, and project coordination who can ensure consistency with IP House's brand messaging while collaborating with subject matter experts across our global team to produce winning proposals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
RFP Analysis & Proposal Strategy
- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client inquiries to identify key requirements and develop a strategic response that aligns with IP House's strengths.
- Ensure proposals address the unique challenges of IP enforcement, brand protection, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
Proposal Writing & Editing
Content Strategy & Development
