Due to our partnership and the continued expansion of their 5G Home products, we are actively seeking a results-driven Telecommunications Account Representative to join our team.
As a Telecommunications Account Representative, you are a primary point of contact for new and existing customers on behalf of Verizon. Your core responsibility is to meet directly with prospective customers and deliver engaging product presentations with a focus on quality service and support. Additionally, you will facilitate the sales and enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer service and account support.
Responsibilities of a Telecommunications Account Representative:
- Directly engage with customers at their homes, within an assigned territory, promoting tailored products and services that meet their needs
- Stay informed on all pricing, promotions, products, and services to effectively promote their value and maximize sales opportunities
- Attend meetings with the sales and marketing team, as well as other Telecommunications Account Representative team members, to collaborate on improving sales strategies and increasing performance
- Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor sales performance and to ensure a smooth enrollment process and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty
- Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and offer tailored solutions to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications of a Telecommunications Account Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field is preferred, however, training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform individually as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
