Job Title - Corporate Controller
In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of accounting operations reporting to the CFO. This will include Revenue Accounting (ASC 606), FP&A, General Accounting and all day to day accounting activities. You will gain invaluable experience with visibility into IPI’s business & operations and create impact within a growing Finance organization. You will be deeply involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and make recommendations for short and long term decisions. You will be able to determine the department and reporting structure (will have 7 direct reports).
This is a full-time position reporting to the CFO:
Corporate Controller Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the accounting and finance group.
- Work with the Revenue group to ensure all accounting is in accordance with ASC 606 and in sync with auditor requirements.
- Work closely with the FP&A group to prepare the annual budget package and also to provide monthly budget vs actual analysis.
- Closely liaison with entire accounting team for all General Accounting, including monthly closes and reporting.
- Team up with KPMG to ensure smooth quarterly audits and year-end audit (including SOX type auditing).
- Oversee the day to day operations of the accounting group.
- Assist with ad hoc strategic, operational, and projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA a plus
- 10 years of Accounting Experience; CPA Preferred.
- Experience with overseeing multiple departments (Revenue, FP&A, AR, AP, Payroll, etc).
- Excellent communication; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management.
- Ability to work in a fast paved environment.
- Strong work ethic; highly organized, dedicated, detail-oriented and experience with multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience working for and with a company through a period of high growth
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience building operating models and analyzing large data sets. - Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP implementations (expected Netsuite implementation in 2025).
- Experience with working with QuickBooks, and Salesforce or similar systems.
Compensation Information:
Please note that the offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, experience, qualifications, the external labor market, and internal equity. Variable incentives may also be offered. The Salary range for this role is $210,000 -$250,000/ annual salary. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
