We are hiring a manager to lead our Field Engineering and Advanced Technical Services teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring engineers, driving exceptional customer service, and ensuring technical excellence in on-premises data center infrastructure installation and migrations.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Field Engineering and Advanced Technical Services teams.
- Customer Engagement: Provide technical oversight and resolution for customers implementing and supporting data center infrastructure solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes for implementation and support services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on data center infrastructure experience, 3 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, data storage, networking, and security principles.
