Excellent patent agent opportunity within a highly-respected law firm whose diverse clientele consists of leading international innovators, individual investors, start-up companies, and universities.
Here, you will prepare and prosecute of patent applications and support attorneys regarding a range of patent protection issues (e.g., patentability and clearance opinions, risk assessment analyses, patent estate management, due diligence) while working closely with clients, inventors, and firm partners.

- State bar and USPTO bar.
- Solid academic credentials, applicable writing samples, and stable work history
