A minimum of 3 years of solid patent drafting and prosecution experience is required. This new position will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents and ongoing strategic portfolio counseling within a technology-driven and growing company.This is an excellent opportunity to have exposure to the highest level of management and have quality work recognized and appreciated, as this is an expanding legal department within a progressive and innovative company.You will work closely with internal engineers, upper management, and outside counsel relating to extremely important patent families.
