The primary focus will pertain to the preparation and prosecution of patents for highly valued patent portfolios, while also supporting practice needs in other related areas (e.g., patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions; portfolio strategy and counseling; due diligence).
There is an abundance of challenging biotechnology work, thus, your strong scientific and technical background will be fully utilized, as. Ideally, you will also have excellent communication skills, such that you can assume increasing client responsibility.
