The primary responsibilities will pertain to the preparation and prosecution of US patents for both domestic and foreign clients, however, there will be substantial opportunity to work in other related areas (strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions, PTAB work, technology licensing, due diligence, etc.). The nature and scope of your assignments will be dependent upon your capabilities and the ongoing needs of the practice.This is an excellent opportunity within a growing practice wherein you will also have the opportunity to use and further develop your client management and development skills. The existing client base is diverse with respect to size and industry. This is challenging work with a talented group of patent professionals.
