Patent Attorney or Agent opportunity within a booming practice. Preparation and prosecution of patents, portfolio strategy and counseling, opinions, and possible transactional work. Type of work will be dependent upon experience and whether licensed as an attorney or an agent. High profile clients and sophisticated work.
The practice encompasses a diverse array of hardware and software technologies including :
