Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at IPAP, you will play a vital role in our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders and delivering exceptional service to our distributors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to introduce customers to new products and strengthen our relationships with distributors.
Major Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Efficiently process orders received from distributors.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders by verifying details, product availability, pricing, and special requirements.
- Handle order entry, changes, status inquiries, and resolve any related issues promptly.
Retaining and Expanding Distributor Revenue:
- Actively engage with distributors to contribute to revenue growth and build strong relationships.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to understand complementary products and potential new offerings.
- Pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential distributors and introducing IPAP’s products and services.
- Assist in On-boarding new distributors to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Proactively communicate with distributors to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Procurement and Operations, to ensure coordinated efforts in serving distributors.
- Gather feedback from distributors to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors.
