Are you ready to take your sales and customer service skills to the next level? IPAP is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and seize new business opportunities.

  • Be the primary liaison between IPAP and a key supplier.
  • Expand distributor revenue through relationship-building, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Pursue exciting new distributor partnerships and represent Supplier at industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and maximize supplier offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow distributor accounts by identifying opportunities, resolving inquiries, and recommending efficient solutions.
  • Lead new distributor on-boarding to create a positive partnership experience.
  • Drive distributor retention and revenue by fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Support Supplier strategies through product promotion, training coordination, and executive business reviews.
  • Gather insights from distributors to continually improve customer satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 5 years in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
  • Communication Expert: Outstanding verbal and written communication with top-notch interpersonal abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to Travel: Attend Venture Partner conferences and food shows as needed.
