We’re looking for a dynamic Scrum Master/QA Analyst to lead our IT projects and drive business improvements. If you're passionate about Scrum, LOVE teamwork and have a knack for transforming our unique business needs into reality, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum Activities: Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team energized and on track.
- Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate Testing: Work with business users to ensure software changes meet business requirements.
- Train Staff: Guide your team on Microsoft DevOps and Microsoft Planner.
- Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between IT and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Assist with design, testing, training, and deployment of solutions.
- Promote Agile Mindset: Encourage Agile practices and facilitate productive team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Tech-Savvy: Proven ability to adapt to new software and technology platforms, with extensive experience in ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Multitasker: Efficiently juggle multiple projects.
- Scrum Experience: Preferably one year in Scrum and familiarity with Agile processes and Azure DevOps.
- Education: A minimum of an associate degree in a relevant field is required. CSM, Certified Scrum Master, certification is preferred, but we’re open to candidates willing to certify, on us!
